Carl was very attentive gave us all the information we could need to make a decision including additional information i.e. Getting mattress up the stairs

We came looking for a small double/low divan. Rylan your assistant was very helpful in showing us various options, he was very knowledgable with every question we had and threw in few suggestions how we could get by. Very impressed.

We were looking for a double bed and Rylan dealt with us, he was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products. We purchased this and were very happy with the service provided.

All of the staff were very friendly but Carl was very helpful by showing me what I needed for a bad back. Also asked me if I would like a cup of tea, very much needed. As I was buying two beds he pointed out your duvet sets, again very helpful as I needed them. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Quick to assist but not pushy. I went home to make my mind up and went back the next day. Carl at Basingstoke branch remembered me. I placed my order and was delighted that it could be delivered with in a couple of days.
