There was so much choice and so many different variants to consider that Angelika the Sales Advisor firstly helped us to understand the catagorise of mattresses, then gave us details on the construction that helped us to narrow our selection down to a few to consider. The whole process was seamless from start to finish due to the product knowledge of Angelika. .

The Salesman was very engaging and explained about the various offers that were available. He spent time, after listening to our needs, showing us a variety of suitable beds and costs.

The experience was made so easy as the sales advisor Angelika was so efficient and knowledgable of the products. She helped us to select exactly what we wanted in a mattress. There was no hard sell, only a willingness to be helpful us find the item that we went in for. Two cups of coffee later and the deal was done.

The price was good and the product looked to be of good quality, as was proved when my purchase was delivered. Rylan explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what my options were.
