We were served by Rylan and he was knowledgeable, very helpful and understood what we were looking for. We have coffee whilst we were looking around. There could not have been anything else he could have done for us. would certainly recommend your Basingstoke Branch to all our family and friends

Carl offered us assistance straight away. He listened to what we were looking for and offered several options explaining each in detail. We didn't feel rushed or pressured and although we won't receive our mattress for a few weeks we feel confident it was the correct choice.

Carl was very friendly and helpful. Took time to explain things made it very friendly and informal. Even interacted with my 1 year old and kept him entertained as well

Rylan was polite and helpful without being pushy. He also made us a very welcome cup of tea.

We have shopped in store before and have always had good service. It was also nice to be greeted by polite and friendly staff, who had very good product knowledge and were very helpful

Every member of staff that we spoke to took time to understand our needs and suggest beds that were in our price range. We got to try about a hundred beds, a hundred times and they were very patient. Rylan explained the costs and broke down what we needed and what we didn't. We didn't feel pressured at all, but excellent sales team as we ended up buying more than we bargained for.

WHEN WE ARRIVED AT THE STORE, A YOUNG MAN ASKED US IF HE COULD HELP, THEN SHOWED US SOME OF THE BEDS WITH STORAGE UNDERNEATH.

Salesman Carl showed product in great detail and spent time explaining features etc.
