Dreams - Basingstoke

We got what we were looking for and were given just the right amount of guidance from the sales rep. He was attentive but not pusshy, asked what we were looking for and told us how to find and compare the products.

Carl was a very helpful and knowledgeable employee who gave me great assistance when choosing my bed. His service was truly exceptional, his expertise was especially comforting as I am buying a bed after my previous bed from elsewhere broke within a year. His advice and help allowed me to confidently choose a bed from dreams with the knowledge that I was making a good choice. I could not have wished for better service!

The assistant was very professional and did not try to push us into buying a bed, but allowed us to make our own choice.

Carl was very good at explaining the new Tempur cloud25 and took time to show me others as well. The only thing Im not satisfied with is having to pay to have it delivered when Ive already spent nearly £2000 on a mattress

Staff knew a lot about the mattress’s and were really helpful pointing us in the direction of the right ones to try. We were offered tea/coffee on several occasions and had 2 very comfortable pillows to carry around to help us try the beds. Very friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our experience

I found the shopping experience good but the real high point for my wife and I was the assistance who took there time over dealing with us and walking us through the order process and options available. In fact she is a credit to your store in Basingstoke.

Friendly staff who helped us pick the bed we wanted. Also, the time taken to my place order and to arrange the delivery was quicker than i thought it would be - especially being in-store with my two boys. Really simple experience and we will continue to shop at Dreams in the future.
