Knowledgeable staff, helped us understand the products, but allowed time for us to try the mattresses and talk about the bed selection.

The Assistant Sammy at the Basingstoke branch was friendly, sense of humour, informative and knew her products. She went out of her way to allow us to make the right choice -no pressure.

The layout of the store was inviting and clean. The sales adviser approached us and welcomed us into the store and offered to help us when we were ready. The customer service and the care that the advisers showed us made all of the difference. Rylan helped us with our purchase, he answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about all of the products. He showed us all the options available to us in a very relaxed manner. This store has a wider range of products on offer, that's why we came here - we did try another Dreams store but the Basingstoke branch had what we were looking for.

We visited the Hatch Warren Retail Park store and were taken care of by Sammy, who knows her products extremely well and provided good advice when trying mattresses. For example: we were looking to buy a Tempur memory foam mattress and she advised lying on it for at least two minutes to really get the feel of it. A pleasant and less fraught bed shopping experience than I'd anticipated.

The shop assistant Rylan was very helpful not pushy explained things and then gave us space to discuss and look at the other items in the store that he was explaining
