We were undecided on what choice of bed to choose for our spare bedroom. Rylan was very helpful and gave us some really good options even though we didn't intend on spending excessively. He didn't add any 'sales pressure' while we were deciding, something that we always favour when purchasing big items however he was available to call upon when we needed further guidance. Very impressed!
