Carl was very attentive and knowledgeable but not intrusive. He steered us through the various types of mattresses and was very patient. He gave us good advice about the different options. He encouraged us to spend as much time as we needed to try out the mattresses.

Angelika was brilliant from the moment we walked through the door, took us round all options available to us and gave her honest opinions on each model combo we tried. Really delighted with what we chose and cannot wait for it to be delivered

We originally saw the bedframe online, but wanted to see it in person before we made our purchase. As soon as we saw the bedframe in person, we were happy to purchase. With the help of Leah in the Basingstoke store, we were able to find a mattress that suited our needs and have it all delivered the following weekend! Leah was amazing, highly informative and made the whole daunting process of being first time buyers of a bed, so much easier!
