The sales assistant, Leah, was extremely knowledgeable about the product. Apart from answering all our questions, she was not pushy and even left us alone at one point for us to discuss privately. She handled the sale process well, was chatty and confident and concluded everything quickly. We have been looking at buying a Tempur mattress for a while and another of her colleagues had given us a lot of information previously, so it was really a team effort.
