We went into the shop, got what we wanted without any difficulties. The item was more expensive than we had hoped, but should serve us for many years, so we went ahead anyway.

As soon as we entered the store, Angelika greeted us with great smile. She made us feel very welcomed and delivered great customer service. Very knowledgeable and gave us all the options available.

We were very happy with the help we were given by Rylan this morning. He was very knowledgable and helpful without being pushy which is most off putting when purchasing such items. Rylan he took time to go through all the paperwork involved and was helpful in explaining all the options available to make the purchase. Because of his help and advice we also bought 2 Tempur cloud pillows which I hope will help with my neck and shoulder problems.

Somebody said Good morning and acknowledge we had entered the store in a friendly way. After a couple of minutes they came to enquire whether we required help and when we said what we were looking for they took time to explain the colour codings on the beds and then left us to browse and consider our choice. When we were ready to order the original person was busy with another customer so we askeanother assistant for help and they were very friendly and efficient. Carried out the transaction speedily and ensured we understood the terms and conditions and particularly the delivery charges should we not be in to accept delivery. An excellent experience.

The item we were looking for was available to see in store and the salesman was very helpful

CARL was instantly attentive - very helpful - well presented - well informed about his products. CARL offered me tea - which I gratefully drank. The store was clean and inviting. Altogether a good experience while spending money on my bed - mattress and pillows :)

I visited the store several times to choose my mattress. I was recognised on my return visits but was given enough time and space to select my mattress in my own time but the assistant I was dealing with was always prompt to answer any queries I had.

I was served by Lea who was very polite and helpful. She made the experience very enjoyable and easy.

I’ve bought children’s furniture, a sofa bed and now a mattress. All three times served by Leah, she is not only knowledgable, but comes across as honest and helpful without being over the top.
