Leah was extremely helpful, she was able to give us timescales and options straightaway, she was friendly and courteous, offering drinks and a seat, pillows for trying out the mattresses, the whole experience was smooth, friendly and quick, exactly what you want.

The assistant Carl explained everything in full detail which was amazing, even when we went to the till he went through everything again to make sure we understood. He still insisted telling us when we handed our card over to pay and explained everything in full on detail again.

We went into the shop, got what we wanted without any difficulties. The item was more expensive than we had hoped, but should serve us for many years, so we went ahead anyway.
