The Customer Assistant, Rylan Martin, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He listened to our requirements and explained his suggestions, then let us try the demonstration mattress for a good few minutes without disturbance.

Rylan Martin was extremely helpful and enthusiastic on our visit. We would not have placed the order on the day if he hadn't have been supporting us. He even offered us a drink

Overall very happy with our recent visit to the Store. Even though the bed we were looking for wasn't on display, the staff were very helpful in ensuring we still saw all of the colour options and features of the bed. Placing our order was very quick, easy & professional. Can't wait for our bed to arrive!

The assistant, Leah, was very pleasant, speedy, to the point and knowledgeable. Not overbearing or pressing. Gave us time to think.

I visited along with my wife to look for Tempur mattress at the Basingstoke Store. We were met by Rylan Martin. We mentioned to him that we both suffer with back pain. He showed round three different mattress and explained in details of each mattresses and also the option of purchasing. we were very impress with the knowledge he has with the product.
