i was recommended by my son to go to you ,i was greeted by a smart young man who then left me to browse. on finding roughly what i wanted i asked a chap to help he did not press just listened to what he thought i needed . he then advised different options one of these was perfect for my requirements iwas advised about protecting my bed etc which was excellent i completed my purchase which was easy great company

Carl was extremely knowledgeable and approached us upon entry to the store with a friendly and welcoming manner. The store was a calm environment to be in and we felt Carl listened to us when we explained what we were interested in viewing and guided us through the products available - he then offered us tea or coffee and left us alone to view and test out the products in our time, which was great. We felt under no pressure to make a decision, but did so due to having all the information available to us.

Myself and my husband visited the Basingstoke branch as we needed a new bed as my husband is experiencing back pain and we thought Christmas sales time would be a good time . We were very pleased with Rylan , he gave us great advice and had fantastic product knowledge as well as very good customer service . We did not feel pressured to buy at all . He gave our 20 month old little girl a balloon which made her very happy while we tried the beds out . The store was very busy but Rylan made sure we got 100 customer service . Good advise enough time spent by Carl explaining the differences of the beds we were interested in - in fairness he met our needs by very quickly identifying what it was we weee looking for

the staff were very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail, which aided my decision to buy a bed and mattress that day.
