Very happy with the help that Rylan gave us

I entered the shop just to 'have a look' for a single mattress. From the moment of entry I was greeted with a welcome and I continued to look for what I wanted. Was informed at one point someone would be with me shortly (all staff were dealing with other customers) and at no time did I feel pressured. My 'just to look' turned into a purchase. By this time a staff member was free and instantly made me feel at ease and comfortable to be there. All through the ordering we talked with the representative and ..... well what can I say except to repeat.... I was comfortable, relaxed and felt that I was not 'just another customer' We had previously been in another (well known) bed shop and that is what I felt there. I have since returned to the shop to purchase something I had been offered and declined but afterthought decided it was necessary. Again, absolutely no problems, dealt with immediately and politely, even to my 4 year old granddaugher. All staff appeared polite, helpful and considerate at all times.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Ability to try as many products as wanted to. Easy administration. Excellent selection of products but salesman guided us to as necessary to what we wanted.

Rylan was a very helpfully guy and very patience while we were making up our minds. I just hope the delivery and the assembling of beds will be just as good.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable assistance

Upon arriving, we were greeted by one member of staff and immediately had assistance from Carl, who talked us through the colour brackets for the beds and then left us until we were looking confused. He then helped gave us more information on the mattress type we had chosen.

The Assistant was not pushy in his sales pitch to us, he was very helpful in explaining all about the beds available to us and asked us about our needs and matched the beds he thought would suit us. He was also really friendly to our children which made our shopping experiences a lot easier.

Very nice young man helped us and took the time to understand what it was we were after.
