Staff were very helpful

The young man who served us was very pleasant, and helpful, he showed us a selection of products which would fit our requirements, then made us a cup of coffee and left us to decide what we wanted, without hassling us. He was able to answer all our questions about the products. When we had chosen our mattress, he explained the paperwork and processed the order. The shop was laid out in an order that made it easy to see and to try out the mattress. We have yet to test the product in our own home, but with the 30 days return promise if we are not satisfied, we hope there will be no problems.

Leah was very helpful, pleasant and knew her stuff. Offered tea or coffee. Also spoke about bedding / pillows etc which I didn't need at the time but will certainly go back if I do in the future. Very efficient but I didn't feel rushed or pushed into any decisions.

Leah was very helpful, we had been to different retailers before Dreams Basingstoke and come away with nothing but had purchased a bed within 20 mins with Dreams.

Staff were attentive and keen to chat with us, even for a Sunday afternoon with it being almost closing time. Rylan was a big help, and although we'd decided we wanted the bed before we arrived at the store, he still managed to further convince us this was the right one to go for. No hard selling, just good knowledge and care for what we wanted.

The sales assistant Carl was knowledgeable and talked us through the differences in mattresses, pillows and beds. He was friendly and helpful, the free cup of tea/coffee during the visit made the experience nice.

Friendly sales person listened to what I needed and gave me a wide variety of options across many price ranges. Listened to feedback on each option before moving on. Also liked that once I was shown each matress I was left alone to spend as much time as I needed to try it without feeling that Rylan was hovering.
