I was highly satisfied with my order as Leah from the Basingstoke store spent an hour helping me chose the right bed frame and mattress she let me try different pillows with different beds and whilst having my one year old son with me was very patient whilst he ran around the store. I was also offered a drink twice whilst being in the store so I would definitely shop there again and recommended the store and the lady that served me to friends and family.

Ryan who served us was very accommodating and extremely knowledgeable when it came to your products. We would be happy recommending Dreams due to this reason!

I am disabled and as soon as I reached the entrance the door was opened for me straight away and the gentleman assistant gave me all the help I required when I told him what I was looking for.

The store staff member who served us was extremely helpful and explained the difference between the various mattresses available. We were able to have our old mattress removed and disposed of and were given a number of delivery date options. We were very satisfied with our visit to the store and all the staff we came into contact with.

WE had a very friendly and helpful sales assistant. We were very pleased with her knowledge of the products we were purchasing.

The sales rep. made my visit so easy and was able to satisfy me with my choice of mattresse.

I had to wait for about 15 minutes to engage with an assistant due to lots of customers
