The staff there are very accommodating and welcoming . I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of transaction and the responses given to all my questions. Leah was polite and helpful.

Leah was a cheerful, helpful (and patient) aide whilst my In Laws selected a new bed frame and headboard. She pointed out several product details that we would have otherwise overlooked and knew exactly when to stop advising and allow choosing. My In Laws loved the offer of the cup of tea.

No pressure applied, but good advice given.

We have not bought a bed for sometime and we needed advice as there are so many different mattresses today to choose from, Angelika was very knowledgable and explained the different materials used today. We liked the fact that we were not pressured in anyway ( if we are pressured we leave shops ). We were left to try out the beds for ourselves in no rush at all. When placing our order we were offered a lovely cup of tea and mince pies ( lovely touch ). Angelika was so nice and nothing was too much trouble. Well done Angelika and thank you Dreams, looking forward to our new bed arriving.

From the minute we came in the store Angelika was attentive, she listened to us and gave us a lot of help we were there for about 2 hours making our purchase trying out many different mattresses, she listened to how we felt and made many great suggestions, she didn’t rush us at all which was great , she’s a great member of staff

We visited late afternoon looking for a new bed for our 18 year old son. Staff member was very helpful and informative and actively encouraged trying as many bed as he felt he needed to with a suitable pillow, along with details on sleeping styles. Couldn’t have asked for better individual service.

The caring and understanding nature of the sales staff dealt with, and her knowledge of Dreams products. She was not at all pushy about selling extras such as bed covers, pillows or insurance. A very pleasant experience in store.
