Friendly, knowledgeable staff without being rushed. Good experience.

The assistant Carl was especially helpful and understanding of our needs and budget. Giving good advice in relation to room sizes and bed sizes. Setting up a new house is stressful and expensive so having good help and advice was well recieved.

Sales person - Carl - very knowledgeable and helpful even though he was the only sales person in the store.

The assistant was knowledgeable without having the hard sell attitude. We where left to test the variety of products on show and allowed to make our own decision. On making our decision the procurement process was efficient with a veriety of options for delivery to suit our needs. A satisfying process without undue pressure.

We were greeted by a member of staff when entering store, I stated what I wanted, she showed me several mattress's that could be supplied in the 4' size that I need. She explained the differences, encouraged me to try several in different price ranges, got us coffee (which was so welcome on a very cold morning). When my decision was made she explained everything re delivery, taking old mattress away and when my signature was needed she also made sure that I fully understood what I was signing.
