It was quick and easy to make the purchase I required.

Sammy was the sales person dealing with us, she was approachable and friendly and advised us of the best option and which mattresses to try for our requirements. She was also very good with our children. We purchased a childs bed and mattress + a new mattress for ourselves.

We visited on Saturday and was greeted by friendly staff, cannot remember the mans name - maybe Carl but he refered to Tubbs, and gave us knowledge and specific area pf help, he also moved away and gave us time to discuss between ourselves. He was very informative and the transaction went through speedily. didnt feel pressurised at all and very knowledgeable about the products.

Carl was very friendly and knowledgeble as well as very patient. We came back a couple of times to be sure of what we wanted and never felt pressured by Carl and were impressed with how he went about giving us the information as well as time to make an informed decision.

It was an incredible experience. We went looking for a specific bed and matress and we ended up having a better option we did not know about. I liked the fact that we got a proper introduction to services and products we were intrested in. The staff were good to us we ended up coming back and purchase both.
