No Pressure selling. We were allowed to browse and a member of staff were on hand if we had a question. A pleasant shopping experience. There was also product to suit all budgets and good finance options available. delivery was good for product chosen and it was easy to process order and set up delivery time slot. all in all very pleased

They went out of their way to help me and could not have been more efficent.

Rylan asked if we needed help when we started looking at the vast assortment of beds and then showed us the beds which most suited our requirements. He was patient and knowledgeable. We had done some research on line but this had raised specific questions which Rylan clarified and then by actually trying the mattresses to compare the support provided this assisted us in making our decision to buy. At no time did we feel pressured it was all dealt with professionally and with our requirements in mind.

your salesman, Carl, was brilliant to deal with from the moment we walked into the store. he has great product knowledge. we have a few access issues for our new bed, but Carl came up with a solution to all. all in all a very good experience

Angelika was very knowledgeable and listened to exactly what we were after and accommodated our needs really well. Angelika put us at ease as this was the first time either of us had brought a mattress before and explained everything in a friendly manner. Definitely will be coming back for our next mattress

The assistant Leah was very friendly and spent time interacting with my 2 children, the bed we purchased was for our 4 year old daughter who was very excited to be getting a new bed!
