I VISITED THE STORE 3 DAYS AGO AND WAS HELPED BY A VERY POLITE MAN WHO TALKED ME THROUGH ALL OPTIONS FOR MY TODDLERS BUNK AND MATRES. HE EVEN MADE SURE I WENT AWAY AND MEASURED BED CORRECTLY SO AS NOT TO ORDER WRONG SIZE. I WENT BACK TODAY TO ORDER AND THE GIRL WHO HELPED LEAH WAS SO POLITE AND EVEN ASKED WHO HAD PREVIOUSLY HELPED ME I HOPE THAT WAS TO SPLIT COMMISSION WITH HIM! THEY WERE BOTH VERY DIRECT AND KNEW THE ANSWERS TO ALL MY QUESTIONS WITHOUT HESITATION. A GREAT SERVICE BY BOTH PEOPLE.

Samantha was very professional and friendly. She was knowledgeable about the products (we wanted a mattress), but not in the least pushy. We selected the mattress that we wanted and Samantha made us coffee to drink while we went through the purchasing process. We had bought another mattress from the same store in December, and returned on this occasion because that was also a very positive experience.

Friendly shop assistant. Good explanation. Allowed time to consider purchase. Offered drinks. Demonstrated.

Carl was very helpful, he knew a lot about all the products and recommended ones we hadn't even considered or knew about.

We were looked after by Carl in your Basingstoke store. He was very helpful and not pushy at all. We were offered drinks and he went out of his way to help us. He helped us find the best mattress for us in our price range. He also went through the order with us to ensure it was all correct. He was also very friendly, but professional. I would highly recommend your store and Carl to anyone who is looking for new bedroom furniture. We walked from your store feeling very positive about the whole experience.

Very helpful very friendly and helpful

We shopped in Dreams Basingstoke. First we went to the store on Saturday 10th Feb 2018 to understand the varieties of products available. Rylan Martin spent alot of time with us to understand our needs thoroughly and offered great advises. He also taught us different types of beds, matress, quality, etc. (We had very little knowledge about Beds and mattress as we've never bought it ourselves before). Ryan laid down the options to us in a easy format and took us through the entire journey. His professional and friendly attitude is one of the reason we came back on the next day (Sunday) to buy 3 Beds. On Sunday, we had a busy day and we came to the store at 16:30 (knowing the store closes at 17:00 we only had 30 minutes available) Ryan was hovering the floor preparing to close the store however, when we arrived he welcomed us with an open smile. If it wasnt Ryan we might not have come back, let alone purchase the beds from Dreams. Great Staff and such a great example amazing Customer Service. I was highly satisfied as I felt all my needs were dealt with and I was given all the correct information i needed to make the right choices about mattress beds etc. Karl was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable It gave me confident in your service and store.
