Leah greeted us as we entered the store, gave us very good advice and took us through to a purchase, we are highly satisfied with the whole experience.

The assistant at Basingstoke was Carl and he was very helpful and patient, gave us space to think and discuss the options that Carl had shown us. He processed the order explaining the options that were available but did not pressurize us. On the whole a pleasurable experience and would definitely go back when we next are looking for another bed.

We were welcomed by a lovely lady called Leah and she took the time to understand our needs. She gave us time alone to look around as well as checking on us to make sure we were ok and had everything we needed. We ordered the perfect mattress and 2 pillows and felt very satisfied with the service.

We received friendly and professional individual attention appropriate to our being able to make a decision on our initial visit to search for a suitable bed. It avoided us having to go away and think about the various options and we came away feeling 'job done!'.

The day of our delivery was the 1st March, where the weather was bad. Your drivers came on time and were very polite. They did not rush the job to get home even though the weather was getting worse.
