Chris the sales agent was extremely attentive without being overbearing. He was friendly, polite and respectful. Nothing was too much trouble And he organised for my daughter to be able to safely lay on a mattress to try it out. He offered us a bottle of water when we were in the process of making our purchase. Very impressed with his knowledge and overall attitude.

I was served by Jim at the Basingstoke store and he was extremely helpful, I was on a tight budget and he made sure to show me items that were within my price range but would also be suitable to my needs. I am very excited for my new bed to arrive.
