Very friendly and helpful staff. Tracey in particular had excellent knowledge of the products on offer and was also not over zealous with a sales pitch. This actually allowed us the time to make the right choice and not feel pressured into doing so. She made us feel at ease and was very down to earth - excellent customer service skills.

Efficient service, answered questions but not overly pushy. Helpful and courteous.

The employee who assisted us was knowledgable, polite and engaging with a happy attitude. She (I believe her name was Claire) was happy to assist us, use the electronic bed to help determine which bed is best for us individually. We’ve purchased our first bed and will very likely be coming back just after Christmas to purchase a second. Ultimately Claire made us feel welcomed but more than that she made us comfortable.

The sales assistant Rebecca was very professional she explained the machine that measured how you sleep and the colour on the mattress which was best for us.

We were approached straight away and offered help, which we needed. There was plenty of choice and we were not rushed into a decision. Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly.

The advisor was very helpful and really took time to help my daughter find the right mattress

Rebecca was soo lovely. Friendly and very helpful. She Broke down all the pricing and went through everything in detail so i could make the best purchase. One of the best customer experience ive had in a while. It made me and my mum’s day how jovial and helpful she was. Again thank you beckie! Awesome service, will recommend to friends and family.
