Dreams - Erdington

Was welcomed as soon as I arrived in store and offered a coffee I said I would have a look round first I then went back to an assistant I quickly asked about a few prices of beds then we went to the mattress tester then the assistant showed me round available mattresses and then we looked at the beds them selves at no point was I pushed towards more expensive items even though it showed interest in one of the highest price page there do you assistant waited while I FaceTime my partner to show the beds I was looking at after choosing the mattress and bed we selected a pillow and after that point the assistant made me a coffee and we went and did the paperwork I could not fault this assistant the service was absolutely brilliant

The sales assistant Donna , was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and friendly and didn’t hurry us at all making our decision which bed to order

Clair was amazing. She came to us the second we walked into the store and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She listened to what we wanted and showed us the most amazing items.

we were looke after by Donna , fantastic top class advice throughout our vist, very very helpful and pleasant ,nothing was too much trouble , not at all pushy , she was so helpful we sent my daughters friend a couple of days later to also buy the same bed as my daughter had purchased and we will be returning to purchase my daughters bedding- 10 out of 10 highly recommended to anyone ,well done to Donna and to the other two ladies at dreams Erdington ,very happy

Lynne at Castle Vale store was very knowledgeable and understood our needs and helped us a lot to choose a mattress.

Felt very welcome..did not feel rushed…

We were welcomed in the store asked if we needed help ,I was there with my 90 year old farther to buy him a new mattress, was satisfied with the service and help we received. Was not so happy with the 45 pound charge to take mattress away 🙄

When we entered the store we was greeted by Donna who was very friendly and approachable. She talked us through what we was looking for and gave us advise. We completed the test to see which mattresses would be most suited to us and she made us feel so much at ease. Donna was very thorough and met all our needs and recommended the one she though was best to suit our needs. She was really friendly and also interacted with our daughter who was enjoying trying the beds and sofa beds and tik toking. We was very impressed with the service.
