Dreams - Erdington

We looked at beds at Dreams back in August, however, when we came to place our order the bed frame was out of stock. However, Donna, the lady who served us. Spent so much time with us, finding out which mattress was suitable for us. She was lovely. Therefore, when I realised the bed frame had come back into stock, we didn't hesitate to go back in store to order with Donna. If we need to order another bed I would definitely place my order with her.

My wife and I were served very quickly offered a cup of tea or coffee explained very professionally about which mattress we needed after we were on the bed machine yes a good experience.

From start to finish top service . I liked the bed that looks at your sleep position very impressive bed choice from mattress to beds excellent and the young man forgot his name very knowledgeable in his job put you at ease and had loads of patience.
