Tracey approached us in a friendly manner, established our needs gave us options to look at, then gave us space to browse and try out different beds, she was readily available for any questions we had, and also, with help, changed a mattress over to another bed so we could try it out in a flat position as the remote wasn't linked up to lower the bed down, which is the one we decided to buy in the end. Water was offered frequently by passing staff which was a nice gesture as we spent quite a while in the store. Great experience in store, staff are a credit to you, well done and thank you to Tracey

Assistant, Rebecca, was extremely helpful , very pleasant, knowledgeable & not at all pushy. Store was very clean, plenty of sanitizer & social distancing adhered to - safe experience.

We were served by Donna who took time to understand our needs and cater to our requirements. She was pragmatic with her sales and I never felt as though I was being pressured. Instead it all felt very comfortable.
