The staff were so friendly and helpful, they really went the extra mile to make me feel happy and comfortable. They made sure the whole store followed social distancing and assisted me with every part of my purchase. I will 100% buy my next bed from Dreams because the quality of the service I recieved was truly exceptional

Our assistant Clair was very up to date with everything, including covid regs. Understood exactly what we wanted , explained it all and the variations. 5* service from her.

The lady who looked after us and took our order was excellent. Attentive, listened to what we wanted, backed off and gave us space at the right time and then when ready helped us place the order and gave us what felt like was a good deal. We both commented afterwards on what a great purchasing experience experience it was.
