I was served by both Clair and Tracey and they were both very knowledgable and helpful whilst I was deciding which mattress to buy . Tracey also requested that 2customers who where not wearing masks to please put them on. Which I found very professional in our current situation I would be very happy and would feel comfortable returning to this store and to be served by the excellent staff members

I wanted to get my tv bed on credit but was turned down to my disappointment but Tracey from the erdington branch was adamant to get me my bed in the end I chose to buy my bed using my credit card even though she still tried to get my bed on finance.
