Got exactly what I was looking for, Donna one of your store assistants was very helpful and patient with me

Andy was really helpful and we used the bed test to see what suited us . And we just enjoyed the friendliest of staff even visiting with our 5 year old , staff gave him biscuits and he also enjoyed the visit

we were welcome with a friendly and pleasant assistance (donna ) she was very understanding and ash question to understand what we were looking for she explain the difference in the types of beds and was not just trying to sell any think she also made sure that we were happy with what we pick before ordering

Our experience at dreams was great! The store assistant Tracey in the Erdington, Birmingham store was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the products, she was willing to look into items and check expected delivery dates for each product and advise us on which product to get for our situation and hopes. Tracey went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed to make an informed choice, we will definitely return to this store in the future when purchasing more furniture in the future. On arrival into your store in Erdingtin, I was met by a very friendly, helpful & professional young man named Rubel. Rubel directed me to a machine that measures your needs, thus making my decision easy on making my purchase of a lovely mattress. With Rubels excellent sales technique, I also purchased two fabulous pillows. The booking & delivery date was made swift Thank you so much for such a great service Kind regards Miss Patricia Parfitt

Tracey was brilliant with her approach advising but without husting a sale.Her product knowledge was admirable and her customer service was impressive

We looked at beds at Dreams back in August, however, when we came to place our order the bed frame was out of stock. However, Donna, the lady who served us. Spent so much time with us, finding out which mattress was suitable for us. She was lovely. Therefore, when I realised the bed frame had come back into stock, we didn't hesitate to go back in store to order with Donna. If we need to order another bed I would definitely place my order with her.

We were greeted on arrival by Becky who was very friendly and helpful. She asked if she could help, which we needed, and offered her assistance throughout. She was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and explained things very clearly. There was good covid protection in store and Becky was very thoughtful in offering us water due to the dry atmosphere created by our masks. She is clearly good at her job, not only customer service, but also offering additional products in order to increase sales. We did decline these as they were not needed by us on this occasion, but appreciated being made aware of them. We are planning another purchase in the next few months and hope it is Becky who we deal with again.
