My overall experience with Dreams was exceptional. I actually had taken my Mom to buy several mattresses and actually bought a Tempur mattress plus 2 Tempur pillows myself! Both Tempur mattress & pillows were outstanding with amazing quality and comfort. I would definitely recommend Dreams and their staff who put us at complete ease& comfort. We were even offered a coffee or a cold drink. The process took no longer than 30 minutes & 15 of them were trying out all the mattresses! Really nice staff!!!

I was highly satisfied because the lady who came to our assistance was very polite and helpful when deciding which bed to buy and she was very knowledgeable. Even with Covid she greeted us and was very respectful and courteous. Would go to Dreams again to purchase more items.

Customer service in store was lovely, all members of staff were helpful, friendly and kind. All made the experience better. Donna was amazing help, spoke us through all the options assisted us with picking the correct mattress.
