Rebecca was very polite and professional. She explained in great depth of the type of mattress we required. Great customer service. The only thing that we was disappointed with was the length of the deliver time that being of 8 weeks.

Absolutley nothing went wrong. We were greeted with good service at the door and they went round with us and provided a lot of advice. When we decided the process of paying was simple and we were lucky to get a time slot that suited in less than 2 weeks time

My overall experience with Dreams was exceptional. I actually had taken my Mom to buy several mattresses and actually bought a Tempur mattress plus 2 Tempur pillows myself! Both Tempur mattress & pillows were outstanding with amazing quality and comfort. I would definitely recommend Dreams and their staff who put us at complete ease& comfort. We were even offered a coffee or a cold drink. The process took no longer than 30 minutes & 15 of them were trying out all the mattresses! Really nice staff!!!
