At our local Dreams store we were helped by Donna, who was friendly and took time to listen to our needs. Her product knowledge was great having already owned the products herself. It was also enhanced thanks to the technology that was in-store that mapped our sleeping positions to real-world application. Additionally we had excellent after-sales support with regular text updates and brilliant delivery.

Andy approached us within a few minutes, he was extremely knowledgeable, polite and friendly, not pushy, wasn’t trying to sell us a mattress, but more trying to figure out our needs for us which was the main objective. I really think this is the main thing so I was highly satisfied with the service received from Andy.
