The shop Assistant was very knowledgable and helpful. There was no hard sell which always puts me off and I was left to make my choice in my time.

Clair was extremely helpful and made it a good experience as possibly due to the new restrictions. Clair listened and took her time in explaining the different products. I didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase.

The lady that served us called Donna was really helpful ,she got us to use the dreams mattress machine which in itself was fantastic , her knowledge was excellent she was very honest on prices which were in fact better than the online prices and helped us feel at ease whilst choosing our new mattress , at no point did we feel pressured to buy . overall a really pleasant and friendly service from start to finish , Dreams did us a great service .
