The lady that served us called Donna was really helpful ,she got us to use the dreams mattress machine which in itself was fantastic , her knowledge was excellent she was very honest on prices which were in fact better than the online prices and helped us feel at ease whilst choosing our new mattress , at no point did we feel pressured to buy . overall a really pleasant and friendly service from start to finish , Dreams did us a great service .

It was very COVID secure in the measures taken. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We had Becky who spent so long finding us our perfect mattress and going out of her way to accommodate us. Very happy with our product and the staff who were so helpful.
