A lady called Donna served us and she was very helpful and knew a lot about the beds and mattresses etc. Also the fact that the mattress was half price was a real bonus!

Welcomed into the store given safety guidelines on what to expect. Taken to our preferred style and then shown alternatives. Passed onto another worker who took us through mattresses and the sleep match. Gave us loads of choices to look at and try. Everyone was friendly, found all the information we needed and gave us enough time to think through without any pressure unlike other places. Came up with alternatives to help us. Was one of the best covid secure services we have received
