We were well received by an assistant and taken through the system of ascertaing which products were suitable for us. We then tested and re tested the products until we were happy with our choice. The assistant was very knowledeable and led us through the process very effeciently and politely.

The assistant (Tracy) asked us if we needed any help and when we told her what were looking for proceeded to show us where they were and let us look around. When we required more information she came back and answered our questions.

Tracey was attentive and patient as we tried all the beds that were recommended. We also decided to try pillows at the last minute but this was no trouble for Tracey. Professional and pleasant throughout, as were all of her colleagues.
