The 50 percent offer was only on a couple of beds and feel that we could have been advised of the offers in the category we were looking for. Feel a bit more questioning would have helped.

Have not visited another similar store to compare but the store, itself, did not feel "luxurious" enough.

The only reason was I hoping to get my bed sooner than time quoted, also there were only 2 members of staff, so we had a bit of a wait before being seen. But overall it was a good experience.

Although I was satisfied and the staff did a grand job and I couldn't have asked for more, I am an engineer, I seldom use the term "highly satisfied".

Staff were VERY keen to help. I felt you were a little expensive. When I was asked if I understood the information presented; I felt a little patronised. I did know the lady was trying to be helpful. I do think your commission on a sale is really evident. NOT at any time anyone told us that; Tracey was lovely. The undercurrent of pressure on them to sell was really obvious in store.
