I am satisfied, there's nothing particularly wrong. I was just disappointed that we couldn't get the items ordered during August, as I teach and will be back to work in September, forcing us into a Saturday order which was an extra £10. I'd have thought this would be offered free, given we were spending £1000. Also, we weren't given a delivery date for part of our order and was told we would be contacted the next day, which we weren't. Hopefully we'll be happy with the bed once we get it.

I was satisfied just I have to wait 3 weeks when I could of ordered online and received it in the same week, but I wanted to go into the store to view my product.

Overall I was very satisfied with the service from Donna. The delivery time is longer than I expected but it’s not a problem really.
