The young sales assistant was fantastic and wgat he didnt kniw colleagues were able to shsre their expertise. There was no problems discussing finance options. The problem was technologically when completing the application for finance on line. There was a delay but colleagues supported the sales assistant with their experience and in the end they had to print the papers off for signing. They worked together to still achieve my purchase. Offered me a bottle of water whilst i waited. It was good to see how they worked together.

Social distancing of customers not adequate. Greeter seemed to be scattered in approach. Bed frame seen online not available in store to view.
