Rebecca was excellent. She had great knowledge and was personable and friendly, able to clearly communicate her knowledge and had a lovely sense of humour. She knew the systems well and completed the sale with ease. I would highly recommend her!

From the moment we walked into the store we were welcomed with smiles which goes a long way. My wife is very poorly but was given great attention by Becky who looked after us from the stray to when we left . Becky is so knowledgeable of your products, she offered advice and helped tremendously. We have bought 3 beds from Dreams now and never been let down . I employ 69 people and wish they were all as pleasant , professional and knowledgeable as your staff but exceptional service from Becky , Thankyou .

Our first visit to Dreams went very well. Sales adviser talked us through all the diffrent types and styles of matress so we could make our choice. Our adviser, Dawn, soon understood our personnel needs and helped us make our choice. We had some free time to discuss our puchase and can't wait!

As soon as I walked into the showroom a lovely lady approached me and asked if she could assist. Having given a brief outline of what I was looking for I was showed exactly what I was searching for. Having visited the following day with my husband we placed an order. Staff were extremely polite and efficient in answering a few questions about the item and even offered us a beverage whilst we completed our order. Top marks to your team at Erdington who could not have been more efficient.

My family and I came into the store looking for a new bed last week, the colleague that assisted us was very helpful and friendly and gave us all of the information we needed. When we came back again this week another colleague helped us, we had slightly changed what we were looking for. Rebecca was very patient with us while we explained what we were looking for, she was very knowledgeable and talked us through the products and gave us a breakdown of all the costs. She helped us find a bed and mattress that was exactly what we wanted. We were offered drinks, which was a nice touch and everything was processed efficiently. We didn't feel pressured at all throughout the sale and Rebecca explained the benefits of covering our purchase for any damages. We were very pleased with both our visits to the store.

Greeted as soon as we walked in by a lovely lady called donna she asked what we was looking for and showed us a wide range of mattresses she was a lovely lady with alot of knowledge of the products and makes a lovely cup of coffee

The lady who served us was very friendly and helpful . She took her time to find out our needs and we felt no pressure and at ease .
