We only went in to buy a couple of pillows but was interested in buying a new bed before we got there, staff were friendly, polite & had masks on. While we were trying beds we were put on a bed that showed the best mattress for us & given a pillow with a large tissue to put over it (ended up buying 3 pillows at £99 each) the staff listened to what we had to say & used that to help us make our choices, was nice to be listened too. Ordering was made easy as he remembered everything we wanted.

The employee, Andrew, who helped us during the visit had excellent product knowledge and was very useful with helping us make the right choice.

The assistant who helped me (named Andy) was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything.

Received helpful information by the staff member who assisted us in making our choice together with the bed survey experience.

Donna the sales advisor put me at ease, she was very knowledgeable about the product and we were given plenty of time to choose.

Rebecca was excellent. She had great knowledge and was personable and friendly, able to clearly communicate her knowledge and had a lovely sense of humour. She knew the systems well and completed the sale with ease. I would highly recommend her!

From the moment we walked into the store we were welcomed with smiles which goes a long way. My wife is very poorly but was given great attention by Becky who looked after us from the stray to when we left . Becky is so knowledgeable of your products, she offered advice and helped tremendously. We have bought 3 beds from Dreams now and never been let down . I employ 69 people and wish they were all as pleasant , professional and knowledgeable as your staff but exceptional service from Becky , Thankyou .
