Friendly staff , very helpful to disabled father

When we entered the store we was greeted by Donna who was very friendly and approachable. She talked us through what we was looking for and gave us advise. We completed the test to see which mattresses would be most suited to us and she made us feel so much at ease. Donna was very thorough and met all our needs and recommended the one she though was best to suit our needs. She was really friendly and also interacted with our daughter who was enjoying trying the beds and sofa beds and tik toking. We was very impressed with the service.

He was so patient with my elderly mum in law who took her time and he helped and described and explained everything
