We really appreciated that Becky allowed us to spend a couple of minutes into the store ans have a quick look around before she approached us to kindly offer her assistance. We always like this approach. She made us feel comfortable and she offered us tea and coffee while we were discussing our options. She was very knowledgeable about the products and she explained to us in detail the pros and cons of different options. As soon as we made our decision she discussed with us all the different finance options, the insurance policy and the return policy in case we were dissatisfied with our choice. We had a great experience and we would definitively go back again and talk to family and friends about the experience. The mattress selector blew our minds :)

Done the test on the bed. Shown all the options to try. Given pillows for option of which suited best.. Plenty of time to narrow down choices to which one we wanted.

The assistance of staff member made our Visit a pleasant experience.

I bought two airbeds from the Erdington store. Although the online delivery showed at least 5 working days for the air beds, the store had around 10 beds that came in same day. I was told about the one year warranty of the period and the staff knew from her personal experience that the beds were and they turned out to be good as described.

The member of staff that helped us was excellent he went through everything with us and explained all the different types of springs and beds to us was very helpful and wasn’t pushy with placing an order. Spent time with us making sure we was happy with what we was buying and explain if we wasn’t happy what our options would be if wanted to change the bed etc.

Donna was extremely helpful and was quickly narrowed down the range of products to ones which were best suited to my needs.

The assistant was very attentive and explained the difference between the beds and helped to guide our choice.She was interested in our needs even though at first we were only looking to see what was available.We were not rushed in any way and was offered a drink.

We wanted to purchase a bed which was of similar feel to our water bed and Donna was more than helpful in our choice. You are very lucky to have such a pleasant and helpful assistance working for you. Please look after her.

The information that I was given in the store was given in a very helpful manner and I don’t think that I was pressured into buying anything. I was told of different offers that were available but definitely not pressured into changing my mind with what I had already chosen I was a little disappointed at the delivery date which is 4 weeks but as I wasn’t told this date until the end of the order I felt that it was wrong of me to cancel. I have never bought from dreams before and I can’t at present say that I will buy again until I receive the goods that I have ordered.

The member of staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful finding what I needed
