Greeted as soon as we walked through the door by Tracey. Talked about what we was looking for and mentioned that our last mattress was from there so Tracey brought our details up to get an idea of what we wanted. Tried the sleep match and was shown the beds that matched us. Found the one for us (eventually 😂). Tracey was fab! Very knowledgeable, easy to talk to.

We were looking around upon entering the store for something specific & received staff support straight away. Donna spent 2 hours with us from beginning to end & was in no way pushy. We had a bed suitability test to help us choose the right mattress & ended our visit with exactly we had been considering.

Absolutely blown away by the none pushy salesperson. Had an a really great time with her and felt that she was on point with her knowledge of the products she was selling and gave us a great experience to help choosing our new bed.

Despite a crowded store we were able to obtain assistance almost upon entry. Andrew took our queries and answered them clearly. He assisted us in locating the type of bed we required and explained the differences between different items shown. He took our order and arranged a convenient delivery date. All done in a professional and pleasant manner.
