Claire approached me and my son's girlfriend as soon as we entered the store. She very quickly understood our requirements and could not have been more helpful. She gave us as much time as we needed at each stage of the bed component selection process. She gave us pillows and paper towels to try out the various mattresses. She offered us a drink. She was highly professional, friendly, courteous and helpful and made our shopping experience a pleasure.
