Dreams - Erdington

Due to being and looking fairly young most shops don't take me seriously when coming to buying an item, but this wasn't the case. When we arrived at Dreams Donna at the Castle Bromwich store was straight to the door to aid us in finding the right bed. We was placed in the smart mach bed machine thing to find out what we should be looking for. Donna was excellent due to the fact she knew that in would have back pain just from the way I said I sleep.

Rebecca is lovely, she was the same assistant i had when i purchased my last order for 2 beds, so i was happy she was in that day, good knowledge and helpful

Becky was very friend and answered all our questions. She advised us according and helped us choose what we wanted. We couldn’t have asked for better service. I told her this aswell. She put us at ease and spent quality time with us. We didn’t feel rushed at all.
