The lady that helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were offered a coffee even though we hadn’t decided to buy at that point. Very nice experience 😁

The moment we walked into the store, we were made to feel welcome by the sales assistant, Sheryl, she was very knowledgeable and understood our needs, nothing was too much trouble for her

I walked through the door feeling very overwhelmed but Gail came straight up and checked I was ok and made me so welcome and asked if I needed any help. What a fab store every member of staff was so helpful I did the body scan. What an amazing piece of technology loved it and saved me laying in 40 odd mattresses in store to try and decide.

The gentleman think his name was Carl or josh, was extremely helpful and dealt with us in a quick and courteous manner.

The staff were friendly and knowledgable. Despite being short staffed they spent adequate time with us and other customers whilst juggling many of us at the same time

Gail spent as much time as we needed to look at the products we were purchasing and did not mind going back to look at some items more than once. She was also very friendly and knowledgable.

We were very pleased with our experience in the Swindon store. It was really easy to ask for assistance. We were shown to the options that suited our requirements. When asked if we wanted to try out the mattress an individual protective cover was placed on the pillow (this was not the case in other stores we could purchase a mattress from) the assist was very helpful and explained everything we needed. So thank you very much.

Very helpful staff but not pushy I advised I would like to speak to my husband prior to purchase and would phone later and he was happy to give me all the information I needed and I called back later that day to place order.

I felt like my time at the show room was being used to good effect…guided to the mattress that were most suitable for my back and budget!
