We went in feeling quite overwhelmed and not knowing what we wanted having never bought a new mattress before, Josh the man who served us was very helpful and guided us round the different mattresses suitable for us. He was very helpful and knowledgeable

The staff member who served us was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We were not rushed and didn’t feel pressured into buying anything. The body scanner was very useful and we ended up with what we hope will be a great mattress for years to come. The store was clean and they had health in safety in place to protect us. Great selection also which is always good when making a big decision like a mattress.

We had a experience of the store as soon as soon as we walked in the door. The colleague who helped us was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We used the sleep match which was incredible and matched us with the perfect mattress. The store colleague showed us a range of suitable mattresses and was knowledgeable about all the products but didn’t push us to make a purchase. When we decided we also wanted to look at a new bed she gave us all the assistance we needed to make our decision. During the sale she was extremely helpful guiding me through the process and explaining everything. I cannot fault my experience

Friendly staff and very helpful.

I was made to feel welcome without feeling pressured to buy. Staff took the time to find out what I was looking for and show me around. My questions were answered immediately and staff were knowledgeable. I was able to change my mind about which mattress to buy for my new bed without being made to feel awkward about it. Being able to arrange a Saturday deliver and have the bed built for me is fantastic.
