We were treated as if we were special .... nothing was too much trouble. The Sales person was very friendly and answered all questions we asked. Explained all about the products and how they differed.

Everything was smooth, quick and easy

We loved the computer system that measured the curvature of our spines and recommended a mattress type. Awesome. Staff friendly and knowledgeable - no pressure to buy.

We had excellent service from the manager. He spent time getting to know what we wanted. We ordered our mattress. Then due to excellent service we also purchased another mattress for my mum who had came along for a look. We had such good service and a fairly low budget for my mums mattress. Yet we found one through his knowledge

It is the time we have wait for the bed and furniture quoted 14 weeks as it is coming from Germany but we loved the bed and furniture so not Dreams fault just one of those things

We visited the store just to look at beds and not to actually buy. We were greeted by Josh who was absolutely lovely and listened to our needs. He explained the sleepmatch device that you have in store and said that we may benefit from this. Once this was done he explained the mattresses that were recommended and proceeded to show them all to us letting us try them out. he kindly provided us with a quote for the one we liked and we went away to think about it. We went back to the store twice after this and on the 2nd visit we placed the order. There was absolutely no pressure from either Josh or his colleague who we briefly spoke to. We ended up going larger to a superking and buying the mattress, headboard and ottoman divan base.Overall we were very impressed with the customer service and the knowledge of both the assistants that took care of us. I cant tell you what a pleasure it was not to be given the hard sell and this personally sealed the deal for us. We are looking forward to our new bed being delivered and hope that it meets our expectations. Thank you.

The chap who helped us purchase the mattress in store was really brilliant. No hard sell, lots of knowledge, sensible suggestions. Got the kids a hot chocolate... really brilliant service.
