Dreams - Swindon

We visited three shops in search of a mattress. Dreams was by far the best. I have never shopped here before. Wayne, the assistant was excellent.

As soon as we walked in Gail greeted us and asked what we were looking for. She used the technology in store to find what bed suited us both and was amazing with our 3 young children. She got them hot chocolate and bottles of water so that we could try the beds out properly while they were entertained

Customer service on my store visit was great and knowledgeable, except the actual discount didn’t live up to the advertisement.

We bought an Osaka TV bed mid last year our 1st experience of dreams and it was superb service. My sons metal bed broke on Tuesday night so on Wednesday we did not consider going anywhere else and went straight to the shop. Again amazing service very helpful we already knew what we wanted but Joshua was very swift and professional and treated me just as though I was spending a fortune again even though it was just a divan base. Explained everything and walked out feeling good it has been sorted. Although we have to wait a week for delivery (we would have paid extra for quicker delivery) I'm already assured by the emails and messages a out the order. Again another great service.

Sheryl was knowledgeable and very helpful. She listened to our needs and was not pushy but helpful with suggestions and advice.
